rajncajn Posted February 28, 2008 Share Posted February 28, 2008 well they know the internet is going to drive the story, just like the last dumb "southwest hates hot people" story, so they want to be on top of it. youtube. of course they're not going to make a big production out of it, just shoot some PR person on a camcorder. i can't really see why you find it so hard to believe that video is "real". eta: here's their youtube page. who do you think is behind this if not someone working for southwest? I'm not saying it is so hard to believe, just saying I was skeptical considering the quality of the video. The Youtube page looks legit FWIW.
