Double Agent
I'm skeptical about everything...but this kind of makes sense. Anyone know anything about it? PICC

vt700guy
I didn't even read it but I'll call scam. Auto companies would be using it already if it worked.

Double Agent
I think it's a scam too. I've been reading a little more on it and they are claiming the guberment (EPA mainly) won't give them full approval because they're (the gov't) in bed with the big oil companies. So right now only step one of this upgrade is allowed and they are waiting on step 2 to be approved. Would be sweet if true though.
whoopazz
We conduct third party performance verifications on these types of things for EPA. We get requests all the time from these vendors claiming wildly impossible improvements. But as "true believers" (as we call them) they insist we write a test plan and cost budget for them to conduct the EPA verification testing. Once they get the budget, they almost always disappear. Guaranteed 50% gain fuel economy is absurd, as is just about any claim over 5%. We've never verified anything higher than 5. We actually had one guy with a magnetic gas cap that cracked the gas in the tank . You've been warned.
Sox
Scam. Sadly though, they'll make money on it.
AtomicCEO
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qi...09210347AAzn7Y8 According to their claims, they would actually be creating more energy than the gas has. It breaks the laws of thermodynamics, so the cops would probably pull you over and give you a ticket.
