I often attempt to derail threads win non-sequiturs, and I sometimes act in a way that I know is riling up the person I'm talking to far more than I'm getting riled up... But the sociopaths out there genuinely make me nervous. I'm always a little nervous that I'm going to get that guy who gets offended and ends up with my home address or hacks into my home network. Cowering behing the skirt of internet anonymity in order to take shots at people for giggles is lame enough as it is, but anyone who's perception is so warped they think death is funny and poke fun at someone who has lost a loved one, esp prematurely/tragically, is in desperate need of an a$$ kicking. Maybe point a gun to their head (giggling and chuckling the whole time of course) and ask if they still think death is funny. Only then might their neurons finally start to fire.
