detlef
One of my league members just wrote me complaining that he lost a game by less than 6 pts and faced a guy with Ryan Grant who got 6 pts for a TD he never scored. I checked it out and he's right. Anyone else who uses MFL notice this? And yes, it's in the official weekly summary, not just the gameday section. detlef
I got it worked out. It was a problem with how we had the scoring set up.

In what possible was did you have the scoring set up so that it showed a TD for Grant? I'd like to try that in my league for Maroney. I'd like to try that in my league for Maroney. For starters, we want to give players points for every TD they score, not just rushing or receiving. Secondly, we give a 2 pt bonus for 2 or more TDs or 3 or more passing TDs. At any rate, I thought I'd err on the side of including all the myriad of ways MFL scores TDs. Problem is, it seems I included giving a player 6 pts if a member of his D scores a TD on a pick.

detlef
No one caught this week 1? Will this affect any other weeks in your league? For starters, many in the league aren't hyper involved the way those of us who spend time here are. One guy is a winemaker. Right now it's crush. He's got better things to do than confirm through the box score that Marshawn Lynch had 2 or 1 TD. Things like that. It's a pretty casual league. As it turns out, one game besides the one that happened this week had a change of outcome. The guy who now has a loss is completely cool with it since he feels he really didn't earn it to begin with. I understand the argument that everyone is responsible for their own team, etc and could see how plenty would feel that old results should stand. However, again, this is a casual league among friends and fortunately nobody seems to want to take the hard-line on this one. After all, it was a mistake on my part in how I set it up, not the mistake of anyone else other than the fact that they wrongly assumed that the scoring was sound. So, it's all good from here out.
