Grits and Shins
lol Because of all the lawyers fees they will lose money on the deal ... I heard the ball had to sell for $600,000+ to break even. I think it's great. The guys on ESPN radio have been blasting these guys hard since yesterday calling them greedy b.astards. They talked about how they wouldn't sell the ball but would give it to Bonds. What a crock of s.hit. I catch that ball I sell it for $450,000 in a heartbeat as I think almost every fan in America would. Those guys on ESPN aren't based in reality. Sadly the only ones to come out ahead on this deal are the lawyers wall_bas  wall_bas
justin
All I can wonder is: who is the schmucko that bought the ball (a frickin baseball!!) for $450K?
Maize N Blue Backer
justin...its the same guy who bought mark mcguires 70th for $3.2 Million..............if you put that into perspective, that is a steal.............personally, i think i could think of alot more creative ways to spend the millions--starting of course with "StripperWorld:The Male Disneyland" brow
