CaP'N GRuNGe
No links, but on sports radio they mentioned an article in the Baltimore Sun that the Ravens were trying to put together a package for Boldin that included picks and players. Players mentioned were BOTH Heap and McGahee.

This is all I saw there Ravens want right price for Boldin Source: Team would consider trade for star receiver if Arizona would accept first- or second-round pick and player in exchange By Jamison Hensley | jamison.hensley@baltsun.com 4:44 PM EDT, April 20, 2009 The Ravens are "unlikely" to trade for wide receiver Anquan Boldin if the Arizona Cardinals don't lower their asking price, a team source said Monday. The Cardinals are looking for first- and third-round picks in exchange for Boldin, according to the source. The Ravens would consider the trade if they only had to give up a first-round pick or a second-round pick and a player, the source said. Boldin, 28, had 80 catches for 1,038 yards and 11 touchdowns last season for the Cardinals.
Swiss Cheezhead
I'm guessing they would still offer their 1st, along with those players. Both of them combined are worth about a 3rd.
CaP'N GRuNGe
I forget. Didn't Heap go to college in AZ or something? Edit: Yes, went to ASU. Edited April 20, 2009 by CaP'N GRuNGe
CaP'N GRuNGe
I guess I can see that. Then maybe AZ ships a TE to ATL for a mid-round pick? Does this mean we should move BAL-TE LJ Smith up? Why not deal Boldin to KC for LJ and/or Gonzo in a hugh package deal instead? Oh yeah, Haley and Boldin don't get along. Randall
I've moved him up to #32. What does it say when an oft injured LJ Smith is an improvement?
Belushi
McGahee's cap hit would be too huge to move. He's not going anywhere. And I'm not sure why Arizona would want Heap. He's not the player he once was after all of the injuries. I could see Bolding going to Baltimore, but it will probably be for picks.
