tonorator Posted June 6, 2009 Share Posted June 6, 2009 just got back from finally seeing this. i have to say 2 thumbs up. way up? probably not. like too many movies, this is fun to watch, amazingly shot, killer special effects, cool moments, etc. etc. but when you think for more than 5 minutes on the story it's like .... wha? the arnold cameo was amazingly well done. i give it 3 out of 4 as a diehard terminator fan and would say it is between the 2nd and 3rd movies. the dude that played marcus was awesome and moonblood or whatever her name is is a major babe. several cool tie-ins to the other movies as well, including an appearance by g-n-r. i'll give the avy another few days and then it will be time to move on ... Definitely a worth addition to the series. Not as good as T2, but maybe better than the original. Where the first was a little too heavy on drama, this might have been a little too heavy on hollywood cliche there at the end. Not so much as to be hokey or unforgivable however.
