myhousekey
I like and will eventually own:Criminal Minds My new favorite show. I like the fact that they actually solve the case instead of the guilty party just admitting to their crime at the end of the episode ala all the other crime shows like CSI. Riffraff
My new favorite show. I like the fact that they actually solve the case instead of the guilty party just admitting to their crime at the end of the episode ala all the other crime shows like CSI. I also like that characters are replaceable, meaning they die, leave, and burn out. Pretty realistic in that regard.
tazinib1
Spartacus: Blood and Sand If you can get through the first 3-4 episodes and the corny blood, this series is outstanding.

Skippy
I have only seen one mention of Breaking Bad up there. I don't know if something is wrong with me but I love Breaking Bad. Everyone that I know that watches it loves it. I would have that in my list for sure.
Azazello1313
for me...(and I'll go ahead and expand to major network TV as well) A-list - excellent television the sopranos the wire dexter mad men curb your enthusiasm californication the office (BBC) band of brothers john adams B-list - very solid and entertaining 24 house, MD big love the office (US) 6 feet under rome deadwood true blood flight of the conchords C-list - meh weeds (started pretty good, but seems to get dumber every season) lost (ditto weeds) tudors robin hood (BBC) definitely need to add breaking bad and sons of anarchy to the A-list. Scooby's Hubby
Yall were mentioning Arrested Development, that was such a great show. I love sitcoms about disfunctional families. AD took it to another level.
