Chavez
Only with Joe Walsh. Otherwise, the guitar is meh. Don Felder is no slouch.
SLAYER
Only with Joe Walsh. Otherwise, the guitar is meh. I have to disagree with this. Saw early Eagles a few times and Don Fellder use to pull of some mean riffs with Bernie Leadon playing second guitar

SLAYER
early radiators how about any Rads, not sure if they are known in all parts though. going see them next week playing a free concert here. use to go see them practice way back before they were a band. they use to be called the Rhapsodizers then the bass player and lead singer was killed in a car accident. they started fooling around with a few new members and use to play for free every Tues nite at a pizza/beer joint we hung out in and of course every Sat before Mardi Gras they play at MOM's ball. those were the days. Ed and Camille are the only leftovers from the Rhaps Edited September 30, 2009 by SLAYER

Azazello1313
Drive-By Truckers (3 lead guitars ala Skynard) I never really listened to them much until recently...but I am really digging them. and good call bringing them up in this thread, that multi-guitar texture is exactly what I like best about their sound. The documentary channel(channel 267 on DTV) has a good documentary on this band. On saturdays they play music related docs. I'm sure they'll play it again sometime, it was pretty interesting. Ursa Majoris
Blue Oyster Cult - "On your feet or on your knees" A heavily underrated album full of excellent rock. Most people think Don't Fear The Reaper when thinking of BOC but they were way better than that.
frenzal rhomb
Not technically great but the first time I remember noticing a 2 guitar attack was the middle of Detroit Rock City when the second guitar layers over the top of the first - blew my mind - I was about nine

millerx
A band that gets little talk on these boards (at least that I recall seeing) is Credence Clearwater Revival. So for this topic I'll add that the Fogerty bros. played well together.
