I have never hired a freelancer online before, and was curious if elance is a good place to go for that sort of thing, or if any of you have had any experience with that or any other similar site(s). The consistently outbid US folks, due to much lower labor costs. They also log roll each other, inflating thier reviews and ratings. If you are looking for web stuff, there are a few folks here that I am certain would be happy to help. Print stuff might be a bit harder to find.
