What if your "punk-ass QB" was getting flirted with/hit on all night by some chick who was so infatuated with him (she reportedly sent out 30 texts in an hour about him... ) she threw herself at him but then realized she was just another notch and decided to cry rape? The girl was reported to be doing anything she could (including pinching Ben) to get his attention. What was she hoping to accomplish? Where did she envision that was going to go? Again, (I'll reiterate to be clear) that flirting is not asking to be raped. Nor is being in a bar (hammered) underage. Nor is wearing a tag that says something sexually suggestive/raunchy. Nor is wearing a hot little mini-skirt (which I'd bet dollars to donuts she was). All of it can lead to misunderstanding, though, and when you mix way too much booze with misunderstanding, bad things can happen. Just sayin...
