moopyjiggles
I watched him when he played at Kentucky and he was almost more of a wr. He has VERY good hands , runs great routes, is very tough and is also in his 3rd year. With Clark and Collie out or an extended period of time I would recommend him over Blaire White as a more valuable player if you play te's as wr's. ttwarrior4
if that was the case blair white wouldnt be playing and whoever you just said would be
moopyjiggles
he is a tight end. Blair White will fill collie's place but with Dallas Clark having the more serious injury it appears, tamme will be a fix in that position. I'm just giving my opinion. I could be wrong but I have a feeling I am right.
ttwarrior4
White is dealing with a neck injury in practice during Indy's bye in Week 7, Will Carroll of Sports Illustrated reports.
jjpro11
what about Gonzo? he's due back after the bye? i'd imagine they'll roll with more 3 WR sets if Gonzo or Collie are healthy.
CaptainHook
if that was the case blair white wouldnt be playing and whoever you just said would be I love the morans that are suddenly experts. White played when Gonzo and Garcon were injured. Tamme is a TE. He will be Clark's replacement. Gonzo should be back after the bye. He, Wayne, and Garcon will be the top 3 WR. Brody Eldridge will be the blocking TE. Tamme will attempt to fill Dallas' shoes. It's that simple.
flemingd
Maybe they should trade for Dwayne Bowe.

JUMbotron
Tamme should be first in line to replicate some of Clark's plays, but Manning won't throw to Tamme a zillion times - even in traffic - like he does with Clark. I wouldn't get too caught up in a handcuff-type scenario for a tight end like D.C. On the WRs, I'm leaning toward White (strained neck or not) over Gonzalez until I see Gonzalez play well. A lot of fantasy guessing, lay the chips where you have to lay 'em. We'll know a lot more after the bye.
CaptainHook
The other problem with White is that so far, he has only played as an outside WR. Garcon has little, if any experience in the slot. Wayne and Gonzo do. I don't see them moving Wayne inside. Gonzo was practicing the week leading up to the game at Washington. I think he'll be ready for. MNF against Houston. CaptainHook
so what are your thoughts re: Tamme? worth a speculative TE grab? I simply have no idea if Manning will have enough faith to throw to him often. We haven't seen enough of Tamme the last two years for me to have a good idea what he'll be like. Santi beat him out the last two years as Clark's back up. He's went on IR in the preseason. I could see him getting 2 or 3 catches per game tops. And Manning's not gonna be forcing the ball to him like he did to Clark, as already mentioned. I think he's a decent pickup with upside at this point of the fantasy season. There are likely better TE plays on the FA wire, although he may have more upside than most.

Slugs3511
Here's some inside information I just received from a friend that knows Anthony from H.S. in Cleveland. According to him, White will be in front of him starting and Anthony is going to play but still has some issues with his ankle..... Now, take this for what it's worth, I for one am going with White, Gonzo cannot stay healthy at all....even if he plays a little and is successful in week 8, he, I believe, will get hurt again..It just stinks cause he was an outstanding WR in HS and even in his first year for the Colts.....
