received this inquiry in the mail from a customer today:

 

 

"On 5 August, 2007 I purchased a FootJoy glove from your company via your website. I played for the first time with the glove today and on the fifth hole, the glove ripped open on the back on the glove around the knuckle area.

 

In my opinion, either the item is defective or it is sized differently than any other FootJoy glove I have worn. I have been wearing FootJoy gloves for years and have always worn a Large but for some reason this glove seemed tighter than usual.

 

I would like to have the glove replaced with a new one. Please look at the enclosed tracing of my left hand and send a FootJoy golf glove in the right size.

 

Thank you for your cooperation and speedy response to this request."

 

--I would bet you can figure out what the second page of this letter looked like.
