The Irish Doggy
I sort of lost interest in these guys after Strays. That's not going to bring me back. What really freaks me out is that it's now 20 years ago I was blasting their stuff in a college dorm room.
Clubfoothead
I sort of lost interest in these guys after Strays. That's not going to bring me back. What really freaks me out is that it's now 20 years ago I was blasting their stuff in a college dorm room. It's a nice listen. It'll never be 20 years ago again but Nothing's Shocking and the self titled sure as hell have stood the test of time for me.

Hard not to think those might have been the best rock albums released then, with very little coming close since. Even Ritual wasn't quite all there, compared to the first two. Azazello1313
It's a nice listen. It'll never be 20 years ago again but Nothing's Shocking and the self titled sure as hell have stood the test of time for me. I was just thinking about this a couple days ago, listening to "nothing's shocking" on the bus ride into work. thinking about how their music is aging well, and will do well with newer generations of fans. made the mental association with led zep, how that little bit of extra adrenaline/testosterone in their sound -- sometimes bordering on kitsch, but not even giving a schit -- ended up elevating them over some of their contemporary peers with future generations of fans. edit to add: on the new song....meh. loaf
Strays was the last I bought...don't even know if they came out with one since then. This new song's all right.
