Ursa Majoris
With only 6% approving of Congress in general, depending on the polling margin of error, it's possible that there literally is no-one left who has a good word to say for them. With most organizations, that would prompt a major PR overhaul. But not this one.
matt770
Who EVER approves of Congress anyway?
wiegie
Most people hate Congress but at least sort of like their own Representative. I actually dislike my representative more than I dislike the rest of Congress. And that is saying something.

SayItAintSoJoe
Who EVER approves of Congress anyway? I never give too much credence to these congressional approval polls either. I wonder who even gets polled? Do they even know who their senators and representatives are? What major bills they've proposed or even voted for? The Holy Roller
I never give too much credence to these congressional approval polls either. I wonder who even gets polled? Do they even know who their senators and representatives are? What major bills they've proposed or even voted for? Bingo. Have a poll where the pollee's have to name a Congressman before taking the poll. Then we'll start giving some credence to these numbers. They're all rat bastages anyways, poll or not. evil_gop_liars
They wonder why their approval is so low. "[W]e submit that the board should resist further extraordinary intervention in the U.S. economy, particularly without a clear articulation of the goals of such a policy, direction for success, ample data proving a case for economic action and quantifiable benefits to the American people," the Republicans write. The plan could lower Treasury yields further. Ultimately, it could reduce rates on mortgages and other consumer and business loans.
