Ursa Majoris
Congrats on the sale! Either house looks good, but #2a is my preference. #2 is a no-brainer, IMO. Very nice and a nice price too.

irish
Great job Tim. I gotta say the house you sold was beautiful and the nicest of all of them. But being closer to work and cutting down the commute will be a big relief.

TimC
Contract all signed up on the blue Colonial that we wanted. Got it for $15k under the list price. The butcher block countertops have a small dent beside the oven, but otherwise it seems in good shape. I'm hoping the home inspector doesn't find anything. 7 minues from work and no interstates. First time I'll ever go to work without at least 30 minutes of interstates. Move in March 17th. The sale of my house is going smooth. Only hiccup was the idjut home inspector thought my heat pumps were air condition units only. I'll be happy to get away from the dumb people. The craziness of the last 6 months is almost over.
