djk80
I've been holding onto Mike Bush but is he worth holding? If Forte goes down will it go to Bush I know they have a rookie who is there RB3 Bush was a good handcuff to McFadden but I'm not sure if his value is as high here. Is he worth holding onto or am I just wasting up a roster spot. Thoughts on Chicago backfield if Forte does go down?
Rileyrott
I too have Forte in 2 leagues and have M Bush as a H/C in both. Since Forte is probably your #1 RB, I think it wise to hang on to M Bush. AFAIK, Bush is the backup to Forte.
kwolf68
Forte owner and have Bush as handcuff. Forte is having a dynamic year and will continue to do so. There will be a HUGE dropoff if Bush got in there, but he'd still do just fine if Forte goes down. But to answer your question, if Forte goes down Bush is absolutely the guy. Then you can pick up their RB-3 as a handcuff to Bush if you needed. That said, Forte isn't gonna get hurt.
MTSuper7
I also have Bush to backup Forte. There are a handful of clear handcuff situations and this is one of them.
Bronco Billy
I have Forte in 2 dynasty leagues and have tried to acquire Bush in both for a couple of years. Both Bush owners' asking price is just too high to justify paying for a guy who is going to sit my bench the predominance - and hopefully - the entire season. So he sits on their benches burning roster space while they hope for an injury.

They seem to think that the primary player owner should give up a starter for the handcuff. The guys like Bush, who will do well if there is injury but have no points while the starter is healthy have very little trade value. Guys like Joique Bell, minority committee members who many teams can start anyhow, should command much greater return in a trade.
darin3
A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush.
