bud29
Chiefs need to drop him a line. LG is the biggest weakness on their OL by far.
Shaft
Chiefs need to drop him a line. LG is the biggest weakness on their OL by far. He's definitely going to get scooped up somewhere, hopefully by a contender. This was clearly a salary cut move.
Tripleshot
Would love to have him in Seattle. Salary would be an issue beyond this year and not sure he has any experience in Cable's system.
MTSuper7
Weird move. Looks purely financial, no?
michaelredd9
Sitton whined about not getting a new contract just like Evan Mathis did last year. He got cut just like Evan Mathis did last year. I love it. It might hurt the Packers in the short-term. In the long run, future Packers players will understand that you can't whine yourself into a new contract with Ted Thompson. Do your job on the field and everything will take care of itself. michaelredd9
Hopefully he can whine his way to Chicago! Â http://www.rotoworld.com/headlines/nfl/340609/sitton-stays-in-nfc-north-signs-with-bears?ls=roto:CHI:topheadlines Sitton stays in NFC North, signs with Bears Bears signed OG Josh Sitton, formerly of the Packers, to a three-year, $21.75 million contract. The deal includes $10 million guaranteed. Predictably for a player coming off a Pro Bowl year, Sitton did not have to wait long to find a new home. Sitton will take over for second-round rookie Cody Whitehair at left guard, with Whitehair perhaps moving down to cover the Bears' troublesome center spot. If Kyle Long (shoulder) can get healthy, Chicago will boast one of the best guard duos in the league. stethant
The Packers are a quality franchise - good team and management. Given their on-field struggles recently though you do have to wonder about the wisdom of getting nothing on the dollar for All-Pro offensive linemen, or just about losing them from your team. They may feel a bit spoiled going from Brett Favre to Aaron Rodgers but franchise QBs don't grow on trees and the Pack hasn't been back to a Super Bowl in quite some time. Â There was more wrong with that team last year than just Jordy Nelson's injury.
Mr Bad Example
Tell me which lotto numbers to play. Â Â 85, 85, 85, and 85. That's the only number Bears fans know.
