Twice I took him and McCoy at the bot 2nd/top 3rd turn after getting Brown at the #1 spot, and again in the mid 4th round of a 10 team non-PPR (got McCoy mid 3rd of that draft too, heh). Jeffery was once one of the most consistent WR's. Not sure what happened but without Cutler he got ruined. And it is now the worst draft pick, not just one of. Last year, DeMarco Murray was one of my worst draft picks. You know, the guy who the previous year in Dallas was the #1 RB in the country? Now he's with TN and back in the top 3.
