Three years in the league, one playoff appearance where he looked really bad. He's good, but he's acting like he's Mahomes after his first 3 years (which included many playoff wins including a SB title and an MVP award). Running around like a chicken with it's head cut off will only get you so far. QBs who win Superbowls can all throw from the pocket. His little 5'9" ass can't see anything from the pocket. And yes, as much as I goof on Mayfield there's no reason why he shouldn't have a job right now. I guess teams are just gearing up for next year's draft which may be one of the best ever.
