rajncajn
Brother-in-law surprised me with 3.5 lbs of fresh Gulf shrimp right off his cousin's boat! He even went the extra mile and peeled and deveined them. Barbecue shrimp is on the menu tonight!

I have a few real recipes that are all fantastic, but it takes quite a while and I have to plan it out. With it being a week night I just used a local seasoning packet. Just melt a stick of butter, a stick of margarine, a few tablespoons of worcestershire, mix in the seasoning blend and bake. With some good French bread to soak up the flavor, it's a hard to beat shrimp dish even when you cut the corners. I've got to say too, they were some really beautiful shrimp, so they didn't need much from me for them to be tasty!
