Rams: Bulger set to return THE NEWS Rams' quarterback Marc Bulger said Sunday that he will be healthy enough to start against the Eagles next Monday night. "I'll go… Yeah, I'll go," Bulger told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Bulger has missed the last two games with an injured right shoulder. OUR VIEW The Rams have been outscored 51-14 in the two games that Bulger has missed. Chris Chandler, who started in Bulger's place the last two weeks, was intercepted seven times in five quarters before he was pulled on Sunday. Jamie Martin stepped in for Chandler and threw one pick.
