And not just been there, done that but over and over again. Gates barely nipped Gonzo in fantasy production last year and had to break the single season TD record for TEs to do it. While their is no question that Gates will have a great year, expecting him to duplicate last years record breaking production would be wishfull thinking to say the least. In a keeper or dynasty the decision would be much more diffucult, but I would still like to see at least one more year of exceptional performance before i chose Gates over a proven veteran Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think Gonzo will outperform Gates in performance leagues, especially where receptions and yardage numbers are given more weight. In TD-only leagues I think it's Gates hands down.
