  3. I guess my only comment here is that it all plays out very much like it would for a GM in the real world. Its a world of haves and have nots with some teams having $85M to spend and some teams having $10M. We don't get to see offers for trades during the NFL FA period but I know some deals are reasonable and in many cases we (as the fans) look at a deal and go "huh..." (Yea I'm talking to you Daniel Jones. In the end it may not be perfect in this league but in a 12 team format there are so many good players to go around and keep teams competitive including freebies like looking down the college player pipeline and drafting great players with mid round picks (yea I'm looking at your Nabers)...while also drafting guys you think may be great but then never make it in NFL (yea I'm lookin at you Boutte). In the end RFA doesn't/shouldn't make or break a team...I see a lot of teams in all my leagues who don't even do much in it and let guys go they want to keep and pick up new guys that are better fits....still remain competitive. Its just a preference thing and each owner has to feel out whether or not the format is "fun" for them. Respect the opinion though....

  5. Does it not revert to the last non-owner bid in instances like this? I can't recall but I thought that was the case.
