Is Kubiak on the Hot Seat?

That Vince Young loss can't be sitting well in Houston along with the entire season. I honestly don't think that Young was the right choice for Texans but with the 22nd scoring offense and the 30th in scoring defense is Kubiak on the hot seat? With the choice of Young or Bush he could've made a lot more friends than with whoever they took. :D

If he was the one to make the decision not to draft Bush, then he'should be on the hot seat in Houston. Even if he wasn't the one, he'll likely be the scapegoat if the Texans continue to play poorly.

Get real!!! this franchise has been in disarray for a while now.Kubiak is a first year coach and from the little I have seen of the Texans they have improved quite a bit.Kubiak is the real deal.Just think how bad things would be with Capers still there.

First year coaches don't get shown the door. Well, except guys that Al Davis hires.

First year coaches are expected to lose some games as they change team philosophies and get players to buy into the new scheme. Except coaches like Barry Switzer who just need to not change a thing.

Now if Kubiak was losing every game, getting shutout all the time, or flipping off the fans, then he'd be on the hot seat. They can't become the JV Broncos overnight. It takes a few years to get the right players into the system.

Vince Young? LOL...the Texans need offensive line and defense...What would Reggie Bush do? He's be a glorified receiver just like he is in New Orleans..you think Bush's average sucks in NO, put him behind this joke o line...This team needs people up front on both sides of the ball ....

Kubiak is fine, but has a little Shanny in him...I can't understand why Dayne spent so much (ineffective) time on the field toward the end of that game after Wali Lundy had rolled up for over 100 yards.

If you want to see what Reggie Bush would look like if Houston drafted him, take a look at Edge in Arizona, except Bush wouldn't have years of expereince. As you said, what Houston needs is not a good QB or RB, but rather people on the line.
