broncosn05
I'm not a big spectator of college football but I guess I just put 20 on VT.... I've heard basic conversation on the VT defense and homefield advantage, but taking a look at Taylor's stats it looks like he's getting figured out. Anyone with some more insight/any BC/VT fans? broncosn05
I took VT straight up. Should be a good game. Edited October 25, 2007 by broncosn05
wildcat2334
I live Va Tech -3 to get it done at home.
Vinatieri Is God
BC is the real deal but VT is very tough at home (especially on Thursday nights). The students will be fired up, the campus will be rocking and BC will have to play very well to get out of there with a win. I might get to see the game during commercials in the WS. Rockerbraves
Not sure which team it favors, but heard the weather up in Blacksburg this morning is rather ugly. Rain and cold. Should be a little sloppy out there tonight. http://weather.yahoo.com/forecast/USVA0068.html
layla17
I can't wait for the game tonight. I've got VT straight up. Gotta love the VT at home.
Sgt. Ryan
BC wont lose a game now. They will be in the BC game now. Which is ridiculous.

BS Miscreant
BC wont lose a game now. They will be in the BC game now. Which is ridiculous. Not that they have any big time competition the rest of the way but, Fla St, Clemson and Miami have the athletes to put it together and pull an upset. Hell, Maryland is left too and they managed to beat Rutgers in Piscataway so I don't see any of BC's remaining games as gimmes. Especially since they were pretty much man-handled for the first 3 1/2 quarters of this one.
The Wolf
I'd like BC +3.5. 3 star pick (out of 5). BC wins by 4...amazing how these lines are set...
Kid Cid
BC wont lose a game now. They will be in the BC game now. Which is ridiculous. What is so ridiculous about running the table and qualifying for the NC game out of a BCS conference? It's not like it's Boise State or Hawaii. chiefjay
BC wins by 4...amazing how these lines are set... What do you mean Wolf? BC wasn't favored, covered and won outright. The line wasn't right this time although I'll say they are close quite a bit.
Vinatieri Is God
Well how about that? College football is great isn't it? VT really kept the Eagles in check right up until it counted most, then their defense got tired, they botched the onside kick, and BC walks (runs) out of Blacksburg with the victory. Don't worry about the NC game. BC will almost ceretainly lose one of their remaining games. Hopefully they can grab the ACC Championship and play in the Orange Bowl vs Big East Champ Cincinnati. Caveman_Nick
I wasn't watching that game closely because of the sox game, but what I did see showed really bad conditions on the feild with pouring rain. Mostly it looked like neither team could get anything done with the weather conditions, save for a couple of drives per side. BC's drives just happened late. Sgt. Ryan
What is so ridiculous about running the table and qualifying for the NC game out of a BCS conference? It's not like it's Boise State or Hawaii. Lets just say whoever gets BC in any bowl, is going to mop the floor with them. Boise or hawaii would both beat BC right now. Yet BC may win the weakest conference in the country.
layla17
BC should win out, but I hardly think they don't deserve it. The way they played last night leaves room for another team to pull an upset.
BS Miscreant
...play in the Orange Bowl vs Big East Champ Cincinnati. That's quite a prediction.
Vinatieri Is God
I don't think UConn is going to keep it up, so it basically comes down to Cincy or W Va winning the Big East.
