Footballjoe
That means Yeremiah Bell may be available. Didn't Bell just get resigned?
darin3
That means Yeremiah Bell may be available. Almost certainly. Funny that Miami was pressing to get him re-signed too. Bell is a pretty average player IMO... so Wilson should excel in Miami, given Bell's impressive stats this past season. Lucky for Bell, he has Drew Rosenturd as an agent. kpholmes
NFLN and Miami Herald are reporting that Bell has been resigned (4 year deal) and Gibril will be moved to FS. Thoughts?
Big John
wait, uhh, doesn't free agency start in a few hours? How'd they sign him? That does not apply to "street" free agents, meaning those not currently with a team (and cleared waivers if the player is eligible for waivers). They are free to sign with any team at any time,
Randall
NFLN and Miami Herald are reporting that Bell has been resigned (4 year deal) and Gibril will be moved to FS. Thoughts? I like Jason Allen better there (of course they don't agree). How do you think Wilson did in coverage? I would think Bell would end up a backup and Wilson at SS. Just my opinion. I thought this was possible, but was uncertain if they'd make it happen. Big move for the Fish.
keggerz
while probably doubtful I guess that Parcels might have some sorta sign and trade worked out with someone and will let it unfold during the draft just seems odd to have that money tied up into those 2 players when neithers strength is playing coverage from the FS spot
