No help here....I've just used the mix from Pat O'Brien's. I think you'll need passion fruit juice and plenty of grenadine though. Let me see what I can find - I know I have a good recipe stashed away somewhere. thanks. i've been checking recipes and there seems to be the same basic ingredients mentioned in those. none-the-less, if you do have something i'd want to hear about it. a good friend has been driving up and crashing with me. i've been cooking and pairing. well this coming weekend he wants to make me his shrimp creole....
