A Little Bit Special
http://www.packersnews.com/archives/news/pack_20078612.shtml Who knows maybe a change of scenery/scheme will allow him to blossom, but it had become apparent that was never going to happen in GB. At least now the Pack can't bring him back even if for some reason they wanted to.
CaptainHook
Way to use that cap space! Bad signing for the Bolts. . .
Big John
That is one player I won't miss, as there is no excuses anymore to put him in.
Hurricane Ditka
Way to use that cap space! Bad signing for the Bolts. . . 720731 They have like 21 million under the cap going into the off season. I do not htink Jue eats much of that up. WaterMan
I loved playing as him in Madden 2005 against friends. I would say, "Hey look, I'm a Jue."
Chargerz
Have you seen him play? 721632 Not much, but I'm surprised at the vehemence of the posts in this thread! Is he really that bad??? The Chargers signed him for $4.5 million over 3 years. We need depth at safety, and he's got all the physical tools. I'm sure he will begin as a back-up to Wilson. Wade Phillips is a good teacher as DC. He took a supposedly "washed up" LB in Steve Foley and turned him into a monster. I think the Chargers are hoping that with proper coaching Jue will blossom. The Chargers will undoubtedly look to the draft for more help at safety and DB. (Lord knows we'll need it with Moss coming into our division!!!)
CaptainHook
I believe Jue gave up the 4th and 26 play in the play-offs against the Eagles.
Guest Sores
I believe Jue gave up the 4th and 26 play in the play-offs against the Eagles. 721827 That play was more the fault of Nick Barnett than anyone else
A Little Bit Special
A source close to free agent safety Bhawoh Jue said the Packers offered him an $800,000 signing bonus to return, but the San Diego Chargers doubled that in the three-year, $4.8 million deal to which they signed him. That was a close call
Hurricane Ditka
 That was a close call 723447 Well, he has a cool name...

Good athlete+poor instincts+mediocre effort = one crappy safety. Have fun watching Randy run past him.

The guy must be one heck of an athlete though because based on performance there is no way he should have stuck around this long.
Chargerz
Well then, A.J. Smith must have been looking at the wrong game tape to sign this guy. What a waste of money.

What a waste of money. 723932 He must see something that I never have. Considering the way he's handled the Chargers, I'm just surprised that he would have interest in a guy like Jue. Maybe a change of scenery will do him well.
cheezhed
Well, he has a cool name... 723831 so does Hardy Nickerson but that doesn't mean i want him on my team!

What a waste of money. 723932 We have not had much to complain about with what Smith has done so far, this too I will take the wait and see approach. I can't believe he would "waste" the cap money he has done so well to create. You, like I, have the standard, "The Chargers can't do anything right!", response. I think things are changing under A.J. All the Green Bay homers are really down on this guy!!!
