Mistake. I somehow messed up creating an account the first time, so the second time through I didn't read all the prompts correctly and meant for seminoles to be my password. I don't recall what I wanted my name to be in the first place though...

I work at a coffee shop and we have a drive thru. A couple weeks ago, I saw a goose outside the window and it looked hungry. Being the animal lover that I am, I took some day old bakery and fed it to him. Peppers (I have named him that) has come back every week when I work and I have continued to feed him. Over the last two weeks, Tito and Fefe (they're a couple...I think) and Chico have put it in their schedule to be fed by me on the weekends. I can only hope that more and more geese will hear the word and a flock of them will wait for me outside the window. Presently it is entertaining; however, I am trying to come up with a way to train them to do minor tasks for me, or possibly my entire job, in exchange for delicious banana bread. Any ideas on how to train a flock of geese? What is your opinion on geese? Ever been attacked? Discuss

I believe it was on Chicago news stations although I missed them. I was waiting to find a video of it before I posted the story here.

There is a special needs student at my high school that I've known and helped for years and he's one of the nicest kids I've ever met. He loves basketball to death and has been the team's valued manager for a long time. My high school did really well this year, unfortunately losing in the sectional championship the other day. However, a great story happened a couple weeks ago when in our last conference game they put him in to play in the last minute. Here's a video a friend's brother put together:

I just watched the car chase from Bullit for the first time and I tried to judge it as objectively as possible. ...didn't really do it for me. I'm not saying that just because it didn't have all the bells and whistles of explosions and all that, but the camera shots didn't feel all that creative and it just wasn't as compelling as a "#1 car chase" should have been. Now you're probably going to go off on how I'm younger and have been saturated with over-the-top theatrical pursuits, but I stand by my opinion.

When going down the list of options, I did not expect to see Chris Collinsworth. I know some people dislike him, but compared to everyone else, I would not think somebody hates him that badly.

Female Forces The show is about woman police officers in the Naperville Police Department. I find the location choice of such a premise to be ridiculous due to the lack of real crime in my hometown (Naperville was the #2 best place to live in the U.S a year or two ago). However, it is amazingly interesting to watch a show on TV that you know every place they're at and even recognize some of the people. If I ever make an appearance on the show, I'll be sure to let all of you know. ETA: Watch the first episode and you'll get an idea of how dumb these crimes really are.

So the other day my computer stopped providing sound for anything that I do on the computer. I first noticed it when I went to play a youtube video and no sound came out of the monitor speakers. Obviously the first thing I checked was to see if anything was muted or turned down, but all was well. I tried playing a song on realplayer, windows media player, and anything else that I could think of and no success whatsoever. I then ran a virus scan on my computer and nothing showed up. Have any ideas of what to do? My computer may have installed some kind of update yesterday since it's set to automatic so maybe that has affected something? TIA
