Randall
what ws poorly officiated. The review comes from upstairs.  Find a new angle. Leinart looks terrible, and Bush hasnt done Athena. SC better figure out they have to keep White in the game to pound on Texas or this could get very ugly. 1248439      Typical homerism bs above.  When officials don't do their jobs it has to be the QB's fault. GWPFFL BrianW
Bush has over 100 yards of total offense. He has made an impact, both good and more importantly, bad on that STUPID STUPID STUPID play. USC just needs to settle down and impose there will on Texas. Texas cannot stop the run at all, and thats what they'll exploit in the 2nd half.
GWPFFL BrianW
clutch kick. He misses that, and that is a huge spirit buster
theeohiostate
I'm really liking USC chances now, escaping a very poor half stubbing their toes on every inn table in sight and only down by 6. I think they've outscored their opponents well over 100 points in the 2nd half this year. Being down at half in a few games helps them also. GWPFFL BrianW
Good first half. Look for Carroll to make some key defensive adjustments, and blitz a lot more than they did. USC can run all over this defense. They just need to stop being dumb.
Sgt. Ryan
You think Carroll is worried. Carroll threw Reggie under the bus. Sure it was a stupid play, but you dont throw your best player under the bus
GWPFFL BrianW
And PLEASE stop running that stupid fade. Look... you got lucky with it once against Notre Dame. Texas actually has corners that LOOK for the ball. Stop running it.
ThatDude
Texas gets the ball and if they can score it could take some half time momentum out of USC
GWPFFL BrianW
Called it like EVERYONE in the nation saw it. You got your qb trying to be cute, and your heisman rb made arguablly the dumbest play in national championship game history. Reggie Bush or not... if I'm Carroll, I'm chewing him out. Sgt. Ryan
Hey Big 10, Texas is also a 2nd half team. Get ready for a huge 2nd half.

GWPFFL BrianW
Just wait til Carroll starts blitzing. They've only been burnt once on the blitz. When they did blitz in the first half, Vince couldn't handle it. USC simply needs to play there game, and they should blow this open in the 2nd half. ThatDude
Bring on the blitz... Vince will dump it to the TE or throw a screen to Taylor and you can say hello 6 points
theeohiostate
Hey Big 10, Texas is also a 2nd half team. Get ready for a huge 2nd half. 1248476      Texas has only played 1 meaningful 2nd half all season. If it's a big half , it'll be from USC, not Texas i can guarentee you that.

Perchoutofwater
Loving what I'm seeing so far. I'm not sure that VY's knee was down, but if it was, it was just barely. I think that that was an INT, that should have been reviewed. I guess things even out. I wonder if people were voting on the Heisman after tonights game, who would end up getting it? VY looks amazing. Lienart looks like crap, and honestly with the exception of the big screen pass, White looks like the best USC running back. Texas needs to stop putting the ball on the ground. GWPFFL BrianW
Bush has over 100 yards of all purpose yards so far. I hardly think it all came on 1 screen pass. Though I agree with you, White looks like a man amongst boys against the Texas d. Hand it to him in the 2nd half, keep pounding, and watch the Texas D wear down. Sgt. Ryan
Man there sure is some hate coming from Big 10 country. Its like you cant give credit to the Big 12 for anything. Better get ready for Texas and OU next season. And this time OSU travels to Austin. Was there this many excuses in that lose OS Who, just curious? Edited January 5, 2006 by Sgt.
