DMD
Injured the same foot that he had surgery on in 2014 and he was upset on the sideline after he left the field. That's not what you want to hear. That impacts all of the CAR players if it ends up to be anything significant.
XFlash
That sucks! Hopefully nothing major and he can heal up before week 1. I'm glad my other drafts are in a few days. Cross him off the list.
purplemonster
I think most drafts should be as late as possible. There are a lot of injuries, holdouts, etc so even one week makes a difference. This one didn't look overly serious though Edited August 23, 2019 by purplemonster

This one didn't look overly serious though Our draft has always been as late as possible, and for many years on the day after Labor Day. It was tight that one year the kickoff game was on Wednesday (Democrat convention conflict) getting all the rosters entered and reviewed so owners could set their lineups. I know it isn't possible for some, with owners in multiple leagues. For us this is kind of etched in stone, don't make plans that day (and almost all of us have regular 8-5 day jobs).
