Recall some people that expected Butch Davis to make the Browns a winner, all he did was bring in former players or guys he scouted. Didn't have time to read the article but seems like an odd story to put out there. Is there some tie between him and the Cowboys or Jerry that would indicate he would be a candidate? And that presumes the Cowboys are getting rid of Garrett. I know his contract is only thru this season but still a good chance he keeps the job.
