Deacon Bill Posted August 12, 2005 Share Posted August 12, 2005 As someone who suffers from Plantar fasciitis, I can tell you that it is no fun. You can tape your foot, wear special insoles, get cortisone shots (gee that's swell fun too), and exercise. But the bottom line is, if it's serious, you need to be off your feet for 6-8 weeks. Surgery is also an option, but most experts agree that the bedrest after surgery (6-8 weeks) is what really does the healing. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
