Goopster24
I think Orton is doing great. He is not losing the game for the Bears and is amazingly poised. Mushin is soooo clutch. It's good to see Benson get some hits finally. The defense is letting some big plays happen here and there, but nothing game breaking. GO BEARS!!!! Goopster24
What the hell is happening now? Three false starts in a row. Give me a break!

Goopster24
The rush defense is slowly letting up....
gilthorp
It's going to be a long year, guys... This is a bad offense they are playing against and although they kept them out of the end zone, they aren't coming up with key stops. The offensive line is better, but still has a ways to go. They just don't have anything to scare a good D like Washington.

blips
The offensive line is better, but still has a ways to go. 982782 I thought that the o-line would be better but I don't think they looked good at all. TJ had only 41 yards rushing. That is brutal. They need to get the running game going with they are going to help Orton at all. I grade the o-line at a D-. kicker77
I thought Washington would win by more points... the Bears were looking good for a while, but then I remembered... it's the Bears! At least Orton/Benson/Mushin aren't out for the season.
Ursa Majoris
Orton will break your heart. . . 983776 Don't think so. We all know he's just a kid that is being thrown in the deep end with a heavy weight round his neck. He did manage to exceed 50% completions, albeit with an INT. In the light of recent Bears QBs, that's actually an improvement. And the WAS defense is a good unit. See what straws us Bears fans grasp at? Ice717
Yea it may have been a good game to build on but if we want to be a contending team we need to beat teams like Wash. The problem with the Bears is that they really don't have any playmakers on offense. NE doesn't have a player like Moss, or Owens, but they have dillon, branch, and Brady. All are consist and make the big plays when they need one. The Bears don't have one of those. I think its gonna be another long season for the Bears. I love'em just wish they would get someone not on the downhill like Mushy. Can't rebuild when you sign players that are getting worse not better. Defense wins Championships right, but you still need someone to score especially if the defense isn't doing it for ya.
pork chop express
eventhough my guys got the W, it was an ugly, ugly game. look on the bright side, the only team to win in that division was the Lions. everyone else is even now.
