Avernus
the San Fransisco 49ers against the Cardinals on sunday night.... I can't believe I just said that.....I might pick them up over the Falcons who play the Vikings at home... since my Steelers D is on a bye... gilthorp
Uhh...must have missed that one. What did he hurt? 1022906[/snapback] Saw it flash across the screen briefly during dinner...hamstring or groin. It said his return was doubtful for the game. No idea about next week. Kansas State 2000
Peterson stuck his foot in his mouth and while doing so pulled his hammy. I guarantee that hurts. Edited September 26, 2005 by Kansas State 2000

Was he able to back it up and the 49ers win? No. But the 49ers need that kind of bold, brash attitude, having won only a handful of games (if that) over the past couple seasons. They sure came out and played some inspired ball for a while and look to be a more difficult opponent than first thought.
