Week 22.

He lifts 3 times a week to strengthen his wheels(legs) and Gruden is smart.

I think as soon as teams bring safeties down to stop him Griese will pass more to the Cadillac and WR's. Pick up Galloway and wait for this to happen.

I'm not sure when the wheels will come off but that stretch after his bye week is extremely rough. I have him and hope to trade come week 8. Gonna try to play the match-ups. My best quess is gonna be week 10. Not quite sure how many games do they play in college? Cause once they hit the college bench mark for games are when I think he will start to slow up...but maybe not.

So far he does, yes, but Cadillac is good at catching passes, I expect this all to change. Gruden isn't going to keep running like this all season imo.

One of my better picks this season as well, but make no mistake he wasn't a sleeper.  :D

No, a 3rd round pick, 2nd in some leagues. Hines Ward in 2002(1329/12 touchdowns), 13th round, Jason Witten off waivers last year. Those were sleepers.
