He was productive his last year with the Titans and is now playing with his former offensive coordinator. These are the reasons I took him to be my 4th WR. I had to start him last week after being tempted to pickup McDonald. It worked out and I think it will continue to work out with Vinny throwing the ball. How useful is he? It all depends on your trade offs at this point. In a large league that starts 3 WRs he should be on a roster. Smaller leagues or lower WR requirements, probably not worth it until proven.
