Purdue Pete
12 Team - Performance Scoring New Rule this year where coaches vote on Trades I know I should just let it go, but it looks like the Buc's are giving up ? Husband and Wife trade - Red Wings (6-1) Offer: McCown, Josh (QB Ari) Warner, Kurt (QB Ari) Clayton, Michael (WR TB) Overall Defense (TB) Buccaneers (0-7) Offer: Hasselbeck, Matt (QB Sea) Driver, Donald (WR GB) Overall Defense (Car) Just curious what other Huddlers think ? peepinmofo
Would need to see rosters, but it looks lopsided to me. I mean both Hass. and Driver are better then any AZ QB, and Clayton has yet to do anything. Only the defense is an upgrade for the 1st team, and its minor at best. T_bone65
I don't see any problems with this trade. Hasselback doesn't even have any recievers to throw to anymore, that is Alexanders team IMO.
jarhead
it is a little lobsided, but fair

Zooty
Haha Looks shady to me. better team getting Hass & Driver for a QB mess & A hurt WR (defenses are a wash) May be tough to void as it isn't grossly lopsided.

BearcatTom
The only thing that makes me wonder is Driver. The QBs in my opinion are a push, and actually think from a Fantasy perspective that McCown is better than Hass. The defs. Who cares. They both have favorable match ups down the line. The WR swap is what gives me pause, especially because it is a 4-3 trade, so the lower team will have to release someone else. With that said, not sure I'd veto it. I'd call the lower team and see what their thoughts were on the trade. If they answer what the heck does it matter, they are losing anyway, then I'd veto it. If they have a plausable answer, then you have to let it through.

At least with Hass you know what you got. The defs. Who cares. They both have favorable match ups down the line. 1098451 Agree, this part didn't bother me. The WR swap is what gives me pause, especially because it is a 4-3 trade, so the lower team will have to release someone else. 1098451 Salary Cap League, with a 30 man roster limit, the lower team does not have to drop anyone. With that said, not sure I'd veto it. I'd call the lower team and see what their thoughts were on the trade. If they answer what the heck does it matter, they are losing anyway, then I'd veto it. wordup
This looks like the loser is giving up but both are trying to put a semblance of a fair trade together. The owners probably don't think it's collusion (hey! the bucs D is awesome right????) I'd approach the owners before making my vote. Otherwise, it feels like a veto. Although, could it be that there are inexperienced owners in the league? Wouldn't be a first...

This trade is basically TB D for Driver and Hassleback - thats whack!
Guest Cherni
You can't veto that trade. They want to put their faith in Warner/McCown, take their donations.
Purdue Pete
The majority of you (it appears) think that the RedWings are making out. and I agree. Normally, I wouldn't care about trades and whether one team or another was being taken advantage of. However, in this case the 6-1 RedWings (The Wife) is making a trade with her husband, Buccanears (0-7). It just "smells" a little fishy.
