I don't even pretend to have an ear to the goings on of the Jets, but I always thought he was a decent guy, although a average at best HC. I never saw Cimini write anything like this when Herm was here. It's easy to throw dirt on a guy once he's gone. I'm not saying anything in the article is not accurate, just that it's easy to pick and choose incidents and paint them in a negative light after the fact. Herm isn't the greatest coach, but he isn't the worst. And I don't think he is quite the selfish ass that this article makes him out to be.
