In the first trade, you're upgrading your WR from Stallworth to Moss while moving somewhat laterally with the QBs (that is, both Brees and McNair have nice upside). I do like Brees a LITTLE bit more, but since you have Delhomme, Brees is expendable. In the second, as I stated before, you're upgrading WR from Stallworth to Moss while only giving up a RB in CuMar that you wouldn't use but during bye weeks.
