oraphus Posted August 9, 2006 Share Posted August 9, 2006 I have the 5th pic in a 14 team money league. qb, 2rb, 2wr, 1flex, te, etc. I feel like in a 14 tm league i have to go Rb, Rb as they will go very quick.. + the potential of using a rb in the flex position. Another option would be to trade down to lower spot, but it would just be a strait trade since we do a Yahoo league. Anything/ anyone i missed? If i get extremely lucky i get portis.. but most likely not. My choices at 5 will probably be: 1. Tiki - 31 y old loosing goal line carries to jacobs poised for a down year Just not feeling him this year 2. Edge new team crappy line fragile QB 3. Brown Unlike most i am not all that impressed with the guy i dont think he can carry the load all season he hasnt shown me that he can do jack w out Ricky 4. R. Johnson I like this guy - solid producer but #5 pick seems to me a bit high for him 5. S. Although Tiki should be the pick here I am actually going to pass up on him and Edge as well. Ronnie Brown is my man here. He has a decent schedule, can catch the ball, and has plenty of upside now that Ricky is gone. I think Ronnie is poised to show he can carry the load and make everyone forget about Pothead Williams.
