I have 5 backs.

LT

Julius

Kevin Jones

Frank Gore

Rhodes

Marion Barber is available on the WW. Should I drop Rhodes to get Barber or just keep thiings as they are?

The rest of my team:

Qbs: Bulger, Delhomme

Wrs: Plax, Housh, Reggie Brown, D. Mason

TE: Gates

K: J Feely

Def: Jags

Starters 1 QB, 2 WR, 2 RB, TE, K, Def 14 players total

I too would keep them as you have them for now. I do not have confidence in any RB in Indy except Rhodes at this point. It wouldn't surprise me if they made a trade at some point for a better RB.

Barber may be the future of Dallas, but Julius IMO is the man for this year. He will lose carries of course to Barber.

I would drop Gore and pickup Barber.

i think it very important that you get barber to protect your investment in jj.

I would always first look to trade away Gore or Rhodes for a decent draft pick this season to another owner that would place value on one of them before outright cutting these guys.

Watch the rest of the preseason. I have a gut feeling Gore will be the man in SF (while that amounts to a good, not great #2RB this year, he may blossom next year).

Rhodes in a keeper league has no future in my opinion. At best, he is a one year play.

I would move Rhodes before dealing Gore.

Good luck.
