Who's your Defense / ST sleeper?

Who's your Defense / Special team sleeper based on the following Def scoring?

 

DFR - Defensive/ST Fumble Recovered (ID/DT/DST) 3 points

DTD - Total Defensive and Special Teams TD 6 points

Plus 3 points for a DTD of 26 to 50 Yds

Plus 5 points for a DTD of 51 to 75 Yds

Plus 7 points for a DTD of 76 to 100 Yds

Int - Interceptions 3 points

PA - Points Against, Total Points Scored

0 - 2 PA = 12 points

3 - 6 PA = 10 points

7 - 9 PA = 8 points

10 - 13 PA = 6 points

14 - 16 PA = 4 points

17 - 20 PA = 2 points

SACK - Sack 1 point

STY - Safety 2 points

YDS - Yards Allowed

0 - 99 YDSs = 12 points

100 - 149 YDSs = 10 points

150 - 199 YDSs = 8 points

200 - 249 YDSs = 6 points

250 - 299 YDSs = 4 points

San Fran/KC? Wha?! Wow. One Ty Law does not a good defense make.

 

Dallas, Atlanta, and Baltimore are my picks.

 

Dallas is in their 2nd year of the new scheme, the DEs (Spears looked like a monster in the flat against Bush on MNF), and the RB friendly schedule doesn't hurt.

 

Atlanta is stacked and speedy. Nothing to stop the run necessarily but I think they could be this year's Cincy interms of takeaways and special plays to get you points.

 

With McNair opening things up (cross your fingers) and Lewis and Anderson chewing up the yardage. I like Baltimore to almost get back to their old ways. Not quite but certainly better than they're ranked (#12) on the board.
