The Same Old Bears!

Based on what? That he won more games as a rookie out of the gate than Glassman has managed in his 3+ seasons?

I'm curious to see if Orton gets another shot if the Bears cut him - I agree with Pope, he didn't exactly set the world on fire, but he showed poise and a level head; that goes a long way.

Though I have to agree with Swerski that his arm strength is HIGHLY suspect. Still, Brad Johnson has done well over his career with a noodle arm, so you never know.

He didn't win anything. I don't have time to debate this tonight but would welcome a friendly debate tomorrow. :D

Debate this: did Orton put up a stinker that is even close to Glassman's showing at Arizona or last week?

I think he threw 5 picks vs Cincy last season, but it was his 5th start which counts for soemthing when you compare him to a guy who's been in the league over 3 years.

And yes his arm strength is suspect, but they didn't ask himto throw deep very often.

Next time Rex gets hurt, I say he's done.
