Bronco Billy
From that other site "I'm wondering how he will be greated by the Dog Pound the first time he appears in cleveland. I'm betting he will hear "Who let the Dogs Out" over many a P.A. system this year. Ditkaless Wonders = repressed goat ####er.
Ditkaless Wonders
Repressed, well yes I suppose I am as a condition of my parole, but only because the antiquated morals of a represive society cannot appreciate the beauty of the relationship. Someday such unions will be sanctioned, but for now marriage does not include the union of a man and his nanny goat.

Big Score 1
sportsillustrated.cnn.com 7 page article A source close to Vick with links to the NFL told SI last week that those two characterizations oversimplify the situation. "Mike really loves dogs," said the source, who asked not to be named. "It's the country side of him coming out. He doesn't believe he's doing anything wrong. It's a cultural thing for him that got worse as he got the means to support his friends who are more into [dogfighting] than him.... He's heavily influenced by a dogfighting culture that travels to Baltimore, [Washington] D.C. and Virginia for fights." The source also said that Vick was frequently at the Moonlight Road house in past off-seasons.I'm sorry, but don't like this excuse at all. Just because he was raised around the dogfighting culture, that doesn't excuse his actions. He's got enough sense to know right from wrong...well...maybe he doesn't....I don't think he's the sharpest tool in the shed. Regardless of his IQ, dogfighting is illegal & he had to know at least that much, right? Plus, no matter how dense you are, how many times do you need examples of when runnig with the wrong crowd, you're probably gonna caught up in doing the wrong thing...either directly, or indirectly. Nope, I can't buy this excuse at all. I won't even let my 10 year old play that card. By the way, that linked article, while long, is a pretty good read. Gives one of the fairest, non biased overviews of the situation, that I've read so far.

He's got enough sense to know right from wrong...well...maybe he doesn't....I don't think he's the sharpest tool in the shed. Vick's sharpness is akin to a bag of silly putty. Any rusting tool lost in the corner of the shed is sharper than him. Regardless of his IQ, dogfighting is illegal & he had to know at least that much, right? Even if he didn't (and you're right, how could he not know?), last I checked ignorance of the law is no excuse.
