Since the mindless libs came along and bred like rabbits (mostly by working the race card like a symphony conductor) and gradually promoted the "being black means never having to say you're sorry" BS. But even they aren't really the main cause; the real cause is that they found out that the vast majority of people in this country are either brain-dead sheeple who could be convinced to buy into the whole laughably absurd pile of gibberish, or people smart enough to see the "elephant in the room" but lack the spine to say anything for fear of the dreaded race card.
