Seattle LawDawg
http://www.menshealth.com/cda/article.do?s...00012281eac____ It looks so easy although 50 straight deadlifts regardless of weight would make me puke. No rest between exercises really makes that workout though.
Atlanta Cracker
Fortunately, this can all easily be adapted. Appropriate exercises can be subbed in: Drop down to 150 total reps, or 4-6 exercises of 15-25 reps each. For example, you might try this workout, great for a guy with moderate fitness: 15 cold beers Now we're talking!
Missoula Griz
It looks so easy although 50 straight deadlifts regardless of weight would make me puke. Caveman_Nick
that workout would be a killer. The box-jumps dead in the middle would practically cause cardiac arrest
Seattle LawDawg
I dont see how that looks easy. You would be burned out right away. Break it up and it wouldn't be too difficult to do any of the exercises individually. Also, it's laid out pretty well: Back Legs / Back Chest / Tris Legs Ok...I don't know what floor wipers are. Shoulders / legs Back
I Like Soup
It was a much more physical world back then...those guys were animals any way you look at it. Incredible.

I Like Soup
Especially the way Hollywood rewrote history. OK, lets talk history. The Roman Legions could run 25 miles with full gear, get to where they were going, set up camp and be ready to wage war. Besides the rhino running amuck, the dude being held back with chains that could take sword chops and still keep coming, Ephialtes being a Spartan mongoloid, etc., what did Hollywood rewrite? I'll give you there is some creative license there, but the Battle of Thermopylae did happen and the Spartans stayed to the last man and died (well, there were two survivors).
