Puddy
Well I drafted Rivers in 4 of my 7 leagues as I am pretty high on him this year. I also have Leinart in one of the leagues. Std performance scoring league. With Chicago visiting San Diego, I am inclined to start Leinart (even though he's on the road at SF) as I think it may be a shootout. Am I overthinking this? ts
I'd be looking for 220-230 passing yards from both ... but would give the start to Leinart, hoping for 2 TD passes instead of the 1 that I expect Rivers to toss.

Zooty
I think Leinart will have more success throwing against SF than Rivers will have against Chicago
Puddy
Thanks. I'll leave Leinart in. Oh and I'll answer yours.

goose228
Same scenario for me. I think I will give Leinart the nod also. Just worried about the 9ers being pumped for the home opener on Monday Night. Can Arizona protect Leinart? Rivers also is at home albeit against the Bears. Tough one. LosGatosEnFuegos
I feel that Rivers will be solid against Chicago. They will prevent LT from doing a lot of damage and I expect Rivers will be able to pick up the slack. I also expect Chicago turnovers, leaving a short field for SD to work with. Just MHO. Good point...I forgot about the Rex factor...
