Music suggestions

I know, I know.... not another one.

I am putting together a "Loud, Driving, Obnoxious" DVD and rather than list because I have too much music to list.... I am looking for input on what you all think would be appropriate. Nothing from 1990 to now.... no rap, no grunge, no new stuff.

To give you an idea on what I would call "driving"... and what I consider needs to be played loud (and yes...there is music that should be played loud)....

LA Woman - Doors

Radar Love - Golden Earring

White Wedding - Idol

Faster Than the Speed of Night - Tyler

Stuff like that.

Any suggestions?

Anything by Fu Manchu - their records seem to be specifically for road trips.

Knew I wasn't giving the right information.... *sigh*

Not taking any road trips... this is for the house on a Friday afternoon where the neighbors are at work or school and I can blow the windows out...

Driving = go for it heavy beat like LA Woman.

Yeah, I wasn't specifying road trips only, I was thinking in terms of stuff that's associated with road trips / driving music / music that makes you accelerate the car and has a good heavy beat. Fu Manchu are a good hard driving band.

Roger that. I will check 'em out... don't have any. However, if they are as you advertise (LOL) I will most definitely give them a place.

"The lyrics on Fu Manchu's releases tend to stick to the topics of pinball, muscle cars, UFOs, Bigfoot, poker, women and skateboarding."

I have King Of The Road. And, no, they're aren't exactly diverse nor ambitious.
